So it’s 1.42am and the only reason I’m still awake is because at around 4am I have to go get my partner from work (he works at a popular nightclub/restraunt here). So because I’m nice, I’ll meet him at work and walk back with him, yay!
Anyway, I’ve had a wicked fun day. Caught up with my old best mate Ryan Peters who was visiting from Wellington, went out for lunch with him and Glyn, brought another mate a smartphone for his 18th birthday, and had a few drinks with Dan at my place. Holidays are sooo good! Haha.
Meet Jack, our new budgie!
My blue budgie Jayjay seemed to go a little crazy in her cage today since the yellow budgie Dontae flew free, so Dad went and brought a new one! He’s grey I think we’ve called him Jack, after Jack Porter from Revenge.
I’ve got these two assignments on the go for journalism, which I need to have finished by the first week back. You know those random rage-faces that are trolling the net right now? Like this one? Thats how the assignments make me feel hahaha.
On Friday I am going along to a fundraiser to do a little story which will be nice – sorry it’s actually Saturday – and hopefully Robin will be able to help me sort our a decent tale to publish. He’s a good guy like that
